The JAMES HENRY FOWLER Case

The JAMES HENRY FOWLER Case The JAMES HENRY FOWLER Case The JAMES HENRY FOWLER Case

In the case of Fowler, "everything that could possibly go wrong ... did," Lt. Charles Pollock, a county police spokesman

  •  The homicide detective handling the investigation failed to show up for hearing.
  •  The prosecutor who was to handle Fowler's case, Dwight Jackson, was in another courtroom at the time with another case.
  •  County District Court judge, Frank Kratovil, said that out of fairness to Fowler, he could not postpone the hearing. "We don't just lock people up and hold them in jail until we can prove they did something wrong,"

But Thats What They Did!

He also spends his time in prison running Big Brother Programs and Mentoring mainly younger inmates to deter them from making the same mistakes/bad choices that brought them to prison and helping prepare them mentally, physically and spiritually for their eventual for their return to society. James has also participated in mentoring group outside of prison (Man 2 Man) through both letters and phone calls and has provided a great impact. Once James is released from prison, he would like to continue to work with teenage girls/boys through his non-profit Group called Never Give Up!
